Lesli Spears, a Levelland native, has always had a heart for the people of West Texas. Upon graduation from Texas Tech University, she channeled her gift of serving others and her passion to make a difference and began a career as a teacher. She taught in Levelland and Kerrville before she moved to teach at Lubbock-Cooper and raise her two kids, Kayli and Kade, with her husband Britt.
After over 20 years of teaching, Lesli decided to get her real estate license. She immediately fell in love with the opportunity to serve others in a different capacity. She quickly realized that she thrived in real estate and was still able to connect with people in the way she desired which prompted her to pursue a full-time career in real estate. She joined the Williams and Co. team in 2019 where she has grown her business, earned several accolades such as being a featured agent in Real Producers magazine along with being a 2021 graduate of the the Texas Realtors Leadership Program, and has served in multiple leadership roles in the Lubbock community such as being as a member of the Lubbock Association of Realtors Board of Directors and being a Chair Person for United Way for the Lubbock Association of Realtors.
Her experiences as an educator have given her a unique skill set that equips her to guide clients through the process of buying and selling a home. She is able to effectively communicate and educate her clients through all aspects of a transaction while serving her clients by putting their needs first. Lesli truly shows her love for people and her ability to create and nurture relationships with each transaction. She most loves creating new, lifelong relationships through real estate and seeing her clients flourish and enjoy their homes.
When Lesli is not busy helping clients or serving our community, she loves spending time with her family and travelling with her husband as they are now "empty nesters". She also enjoys volunteering at Southcrest Baptist Church.
