After building a successful corporate career in human resource management, she made the intentional decision to pursue a passion in real estate, where she could combine her business expertise with a genuine commitment to serving others.

Charity has been selling real estate in Lubbock, Texas since 2016 and is consistently ranked among the area’s top-producing agents. Her experience spans both residential and commercial sales, giving her clients a well-rounded perspective and the ability to navigate complex transactions with confidence and precision. Known for her professionalism, work ethic, and client-first approach, Charity has established a reputation for delivering results while fostering long-term relationships built on trust.

Charity is a mom to four incredible kids and an active supporter of the arts and the Lubbock community. When she’s not working with clients, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her very active family and staying involved locally.
